On January 9th, 2020, the "China Business School" education gala jointly organized by MBAChina and Manager magazine was held in Beijing Pangu Seven Star Hotel. The event gathered well-known experts in the industry, also deans, directors and outstanding alumni representatives from major business schools across the country, further a series of activities were held around the business education industry, including topic sharing, round-table dialogue, award ceremony. ZUEL was invited to attend the ceremony. Professor WEN Hao, Vice Dean of School of Business Administration and Deputy Director of MBA Education Center, and Xiong Min, Director of ZUEL MBA attended the ceremony.

Mr. REN Yuling, former Counsellor of the State Council, member of the National Education Advisory Committee and member of the Standing Committee of the Ninth/Tenth CPPCC National Committee, delivered a speech at the ceremony. Professor XI Youmin, executive president of Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University, professor XIANG Bing, founding Dean of Cheung Kong Business School, professor CHEN Fangruo, Dean of Antai School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, delivered a keynote speech respectively to share their experience and thoughts on how to build a world-class business school.

Professor ZHANG Xinming, vice president of Foreign economic and trade university, professor FENG Geng, dean of school of management of Xi 'an Jiaotong University, professor BAI Changhong, dean of Business School of Nankai University, professor MAO Jiye, dean of Business School of Renmin university of China, professor YE Qiang, dean of School of Economics and Management of Harbin Institute of Technology, and professor TIAN Xuan, dean of Tsinghua University PBC School, conducted table dialogue together, and discussed the future development of Chinese business Schools.

At the ceremony, the ranking of Chinese business schools in 2019 was released jointly by MBAChina and Manager Magazine. Professor QIAN Xuefeng, Dean of the School of Business Administration and Director of the MBA Education Center of ZUEL, has been awarded China Business School “Excellent Operation Award" in 2019.

The ZUEL MBA program has been listed the "Top 50 Best MBA Programs of Chinese Business Schools in 2019", and also has been awarded the "Most Distinctive MBA Program of Chinese Business Schools in 2019". With the integration of the three major disciplines of economics, law and management, as well as the professional MBA education management model, ZUEL MBA education has formed its own unique brand, which is rooted in South China and has an influence on China.

After the award ceremony, Professor WEN Hao, Deputy Dean of School of Business Administration of ZUEL, delivered a speech as the representative of the awardees. Professor WEN shared the experience of MBA education development based on the educational mission and original aspiration of ZUEL, "cultivating people by virtue".
