On June 29, 2019, part-time MBA students of Grade 2018 visited the Wuhan Courtyard project in Changfu New Town, Caidian District, Wuhan. CAI Qibin, vice president of Wuhan Taihe Real Estate Development Group Co., LTD. (ZUEL MBA Alumnus) gave warm reception and detailed introduction to the students.

During the visit, we know that “Wuhan Courtyard” is developed and built by Wuhan Chengkai Real estate Development Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Taihe Real estate Development Group Co., LTD., it is located within the new town of Changfu, Caidian district.

As the first project of Taihe Group in Wuhan, “Wuhan courtyard” inherits its building experience as always, and tries its best to create the Chinese style courtyard villa surrounded by beautiful landscape and lakes, casting the grand blueprint of Taihe Group by building " 26 courtyards in 16 cities". Tailor-made by Taihe Group, Wuhan courtyard gives the traditional Chinese living artistic conception, which also makes it a million-worthy Chinese courtyard in the world and can be called the national courtyard collection. The success of traditional Chinese courtyards reflects the value of Taihe Culture and lays a foundation for the standardization of Taihe production.

This visit led the students walk into the courtyards and feel its quiet environment, which made the students deeply feel the charm of Chinese classical garden architecture. Among Chinese traditional architecture, classical garden is an unique building with significant achievements. It also makes people deeply realize that classical garden art is steeped in the connotation of Chinese culture, it is the treasure created by five thousand years of Chinese history, is a vivid portrayal of a nation's inner spirit and character, and is the magnificent cause that we need to inherit and develop today.
