During 25-26 of June, 2019, a group of 4 experts from AMBA International Accreditation Group visited our school and successfully completed the on-site evaluation on MBA education. AMBA experts include professor Andrew Lock, chairman of the advisory committee also the chief expert of the group, professor WANG Zhongming, the senior professor of Zhejiang university, also the director of the center for global entrepreneurship research management of Zhejiang University, Dr. Gulnara Kurenkeyeva, dean of business school of Kazakhstan university, and Joseph Pilkington, AMBA accreditation manager.

AMBA panel experts conducted a comprehensive review of our MBA education in accordance with AMBA accreditation standards.

On 25th, the expert group had a discussion with Professor, YANG Canming, president of ZUEL, professor YAO Li, the vice president of ZUEL and leaders of relevant functional departments of ZUEL, and listened to the status-quo situation, and development strategies of the school. Then they had a discussion with the employer representatives and listened to their views on the quality and feedback of MBA/EMBA education. On the afternoon of 25th, the expert group inspected the facilities of ZUEL MBA Center, reviewed the original data of MBA education in enrollment, teaching, graduation thesis, student and alumni services, and comprehensively evaluated the teaching mode and quality of MBA education.

On 26^th of June, the AMBA experts listened to the Dean’s report by professor QIAN Xuefeng, and had a discussion with ZOU Jinwen, vice president of ZUEL, and the leadership team of the School of Business Administration, also the outstanding alumni, faculty and student representatives, and the administrative staff of the MBA Center to learn about the school system, organizational structure, governance structure, program operation and teaching management.

After intensive and efficient assessment, the expert group highly affirmed the support from ZUEL and the school to MBA education, fully affirmed the teaching management of MBA and EMBA education, the thesis guidance and the quality of graduates, and put forward constructive suggestions for the sustainable development of ZUEL MBA education. The Expert Group will submit a report on our accreditation to the AMBA Association, and the AMBA Expert Committee will confirm the results of our evaluation. And professor YAO Li , on behalf of ZUEL, expressing the appreciation to the expert group for their valuable opinions on MBA education.

In August 2011, ZUEL MBA program passed the AMBA accreditation for the first time, becoming the seventh member that gained AMBA accreditation in mainland China. In June 2014, ZUEL MBA program re-assessed by AMBA Association and gained the accreditation again. In recent years, according to the suggestions by AMBA experts, ZUEL MBA education has implemented the principle of "promoting construction through evaluation" and "promoting reform through evaluation". Through the AMBA accreditation, ZUEL MBA education combines the international advanced MBA education standards with the its own characteristics, creating a new way of MBA education that is not only oriented to the world, but also rooted in the practice of Chinese enterprises, "catching the trend, being down to earth ". To realize the mission of "creating new business knowledge, contributing business wisdom and cultivating business elites", we will strive hard.
