I. Registration

In 2016, ZUEL’s MBA entrance examination will adopt the method of online registration and online confirmation. All the examinees shall confirm their registration within the time limit. Otherwise, the registration will be regarded as invalid.

1. Online registration

(1) Registration time: 9:00 to 22:00 from October 10th to October 31st.

(2) Registration website: Please go to http://yz.chsi.com.cn or http://yz.chsi.cn (for education net), and fill in your information according to the requirements. During the online registration, information other than examination site, colleges applied for, examination mode and ad-hoc programs can be modified.

(3) During the registration, examinees’ record of formal schooling will be examined. And the result of the examination will be returned within three days. Examinees can check their result at any time. Those who don’t pass the examination shall submit accreditation report during the online confirmation. Otherwise, their information will not be confirmed.

False information will lead to not being allowed to take the exams or not being accepted by the college. The responsibility of any such consequences shall be undertaken by examinees themselves.

2. Online confirmation

(1) Confirmation date: November, 2015 (specific date will be released in middle or late October)

(2) Requirements of confirmation

a. Those who don’t pass the online confirmation shall apply for an on-site inspection. During the on-site inspection, you should present your ID card, degree certificate, and other related materials and a copy of each of them. The on-site inspection will be carried out in Room 204, Wenhui Building, Shouyi Campus.

b. During the on-line confirmation, you need to upload your photo. The photo should be front-viewed and a JPG. (Once you are admitted by ZUEL, this photo will be in your future file.)

c. Once the information is confirmed, it will become un-modifiable. Any responsibility cause by false information shall be undertaken by examinees themselves.

d. The examination fees shall be paid through the on-line system. According to national regulations, the fee for ZUEL’s MBA entrance examination is RMB 170 (including a stationery fee of RMB 10).

e. For the purpose of being just, a silent clock will be installed in each examination room. And related stationery will be provided.

f. All the fees will not be returned.

3. Examination site

(1) Examinees from Hubei Province shall choose ZUEL the examination site, the site code is 4206.

(2) Examinees from other provinces shall choose the examination site designated by the provincial examination management organization. Whether the non-Hubei examinees can choose ZUEL as the examination site shall depend on the requirements of the Education Examinations Authority of the province from which they are from. Once the examinees choose their examination sites, they have to go there for confirmation and to attend the entrance examination.

II. Points for attention

1. About the policies

(1) Before the registration, examinees shall read the ZUEL 2016 General Regulation of Enrolling Masters, and check whether they meet all the requirements.

(2) No cheat is allowed both in the registration and the entrance examination. Anyone who violates this rule will be punished according to related regulations and laws.

(3) Requirements about you information

a. Your birthday shall be in conformity with your ID card.

b. Your address shall be in detail and accurate; your phone number shall be correct. And make sure that you can be approached through the above address and number.

c. “Examinee origin” shall be understood clearly. Choose “other” if you are a self-taught student or an on-line education student.

d. “Registration category” shall be understood clearly. Examinees shall choose one of the options according to their own situation.

III. Exam admission tickets and examination rooms

1. Please go to http://yz.chsi.com.cn/ to download your exam admission ticket before Dec. 14th, 2015. After the download, please print your ticket with an A4 paper. And please keep your ticket clean.

2. Those who choose ZUEL as the examination site can go to http://yzb.znufe.edu.cn to find your examination room.
