In the evening of 10^th May, Mr. WANG Yingli, the deputy general manager of Jiangsu Carnation Group, our EMBA alumni as well shares his experience in career development with the undergraduate students of ZUEL. He also gives a speech on how to get promotion.

    Firstly, WANG told the students that the importance of a target customer to an enterprise. He specifically pointed out that the potential customers are not easily to become the real customers, you should be patient. Afterwards, WANG explain what quality a salesman should equip with, and how to get in touch with the target customers, and how to deal with the relationship between the customers. WANG also introduces many examples in his own companies.

    When it comes to Q&A part, the students propose many questions like the how to improve the proficiency of a salesman, how to choose jobs, and other questions about the career development. WANG gives his answers with patience. He said that a man should have a dream first, it is the dream that makes people different. Secondly, every industry has something in common; you should learn more once you need to choose another totally different job. Finally you should learn from your boss. The speech ends with continuous applauses. WANG’s  humor and intelligence impress the students deeply.
