Entrepreneurs Visiting MBA Class---The Marketing Strategy of UPCARONE

    On 10th May, LIU Yan, the general manager of Wuhan Bonahugu Information Technology Co., Ltd and the operation director and ZHU Huaquan, the channel director of UPCARONE, also our MBA alumni visit our MBA class of Marketing Strategy, and give us a speech on UPCARONE.

    This speech is part of the activity “Entrepreneurs Visiting MBA Class”, which aims to strengthen the communications between MBA students and entrepreneurs, enhance the relationship with MBA alumni. Before this speech, four MBA alumni were invited to give speeches, they are CUI Jun, the general manager of Beijing Taisayisheng Co., ltd, also our EMBA students, WANG Chunmeng, the chief marketing officer of Mayinglong Pharm, our EMBA students as well, LI Weiwei, our alumni and the general manager of Guangzhou Chenmi Technology Information Co.,ltd, CUI Hongyu, the MBA alumni and the founder of Shanghai Ouyue Co., ltd, and ZHAN Yizhou, the deputy general manager of Hubei Qiaoniuer Co., Ltd.

    Wuhan Bonahugu Information Technology Co., Ltd was founded on February 2014, which is located in East-lake High-tech Zone of Wuhan with registered capital of one million yuan. The technology-oriented company focuses on researches on automobile, and serving traditional industries with advanced technology. UPCARONE is a newly venture capital investment, which aims to restructure the post-automobile market with internet, and providing convenient maintenance and services to the car-owners.

    The speech includes five parts: firstly the great potential of the post-automobile market. In 2013, the national car ownership has reached 137 million with a net profit of 500 billion in automobile maintenance. Secondly, 65% of the car owners choose the 4s store to maintain their car, which makes the whole link imbalanced. Thirdly, the business ecological system of UPCARONE. The whole system emphasizes the trust issue from the car owners. Fourthly, the profitable aspects of UPCARONE. Fifthly, the national landscape and their purpose in 2016.

    The students are very interested in their data platform, O2O car-washing and the construction of their business ecological system. Many questions have been asked. In the end, LIU simply introduces their way to fulfill their social responsibilities, and raised some money for charity from the MBA students. The students expect more “Entrepreneurs Visiting MBA Class”, and have more opportunities to know the real business world.
