The MBA tailor-made assets appraisal class is successfully held, with professor WANG Haisu, as the course lecturer. The course lasts for 4 days. YANG Xiaofeng, secretary general, CAO Huishu, deputy secretary general of China Appraisal Society (Hubei), WAN Zhongzhi, deputy secretary general of China Appraisal Society (Henan) have attended the class and give speeches.

    The theme of the course is strategic management taught by professor WANG. The course content includes four aspects, firstly the basic concept which mainly includes strategy, theory of strategic management, the stakeholders, mission and so on. Secondly, the strategic analysis, it mainly includes the mission, purpose, external environment, internal condition of a corporation. Thirdly, how to form the strategy, which means you need strategic analysis tools, like SWOT, BCG and so on. Fourthly, how to implement strategy, which includes corporation governance, organization structure, organization innovation and leadership and so on.

    Professor WANG Haisu, has written and edited many papers, articles and books that are related to assets appraisal. He also is the Member of Council of China Appraisal Society, Vice President of China Appraisal Society (Hubei). By combining the status quo of the industry of assets appraisal, professor WANG gives his own opinions on intangible assets appraisal, corporation intellectual property, and brand value evaluation.

    During the courses, the students hold a debate competition. Students from Hubei and students from Henan have conducted a very fierce discussion about the disadvantage and advantage of cancelling CPV certification. YANGS, the secretary general and WAN, the deputy secretary general give their critique after the hot discussion.

    After classes, the students are satisfied with professor WANG’s classes which expand visions, enrich their knowledge and deepen their understanding towards assets appraisal strategy. They look forward their next classes.
