In the morning of March 6th, 2015, Professor Michael Tian-Shyug Lee, Dean of College of Management of Tai Wan Fu Jen Catholic University, accepted the position as a part-time professor of ZUEL. The appointing ceremony was held in Wenhui Building. Vice President Liu Maolin and Dean of MBA School Tang Guoping extended their welcome to Professor Lee on behalf of the University and the School respectively.
In the afternoon of March 6th, Professor Lee talked with some School staff about the development of AACSB accreditation standards.
In the following two days, Professor Lee delivered a course, Customer Relationship Management. That was his first lesson in MBA School as a part-time Professor. He emphasized that customer relationship is very important to the development of an enterprise.
With wide perspectives, abundant cases and accurate expression, Professor Lee’s class was very inspiring.
Introduction to Professor Michael Tian-Shyug Lee
Professor Lee got his doctor’s degree on Operations Research and Industrial Engineer from the University of Texas at Austin, USA. He is the Dean of the College of Management under Fu Jen Catholic University and a professor of the College’s graduate institute of business administration. He is also the guest professor of such universities as Renmin University of China, Xiamen University, University of Science and Technology of China, University of South Australia, State University of New York at Stony Brook and University of Texas at Arlington. His specialties and research orientations lie in management of customer relations, data mining, marketing, applied statistics, artificial intelligence, industrial engineering and management etc.
Professor Lee is a member of AACSB’s initial accreditation committee, expert judge of the accreditation visiting committee and special appraiser of the accreditation seminar in Greater China Region.
