Since ancient times, China is known as a land of courtesies. Being courtesy is the highest remark from others. Nowadays, business etiquette has drawn so much attention and concerns on terms of building up personal or enterprise images, or giving respect or nice treatments.

    In the afternoon of 13^th December, a lecture on business etiquette held successfully in Shenzhen. HE Yinghua, the one who gave us a wonderful speech, helped us to fully understand what is called the business etiquette.

    During the lecture, HE firstly introduces the practical knowledge through multimedia, including the connotation of etiquette, what is called the good behaviors and so on. She took examples of hot news and let the students know the importance of being courtesy. More daily examples were applied in the lecture, such as we should use appropriate expressions to earn trust when young employees take place of the old employees, how to introduce and make conversations in a cocktail party. The lecture was a great success: students gained a lot of useful knowledge during the two-hour activity and will apply what they have learned into daily life.
