The second concentrated study lasting from 27th Nov. to 30th Nov. has begun at National Accounting Institute in Xiamen, attended by more than 130 EMBA students from five classes. There are two courses delivered at this beautiful campus, which is Accounting and Financial Management.

    The Accounting was delivered by professor HUANG Shizhong, also the vice dean of the institute and professor HUANG Jingjing, the academic director of the institute. Professor HUANG Jingjing decoded the balance sheet, the income statement and the  cash flow statement of a listed company from a point of investor; while professor HUANG Shizhong gave a thorough look at those listing companies, like Microsoft, the General Motors, China Telecom, PetroChina and Alibaba, with the sheets and statements. The Financial Management was delivered by professor MAO Fugen, he uses abundant case studies to let the students be familiar with what is financial control, strategic cost management, comprehensive budget management.

    The students spoke highly of the three courses that the professors delivered. They thought that they’ve learned a lot after 4-day study.

    Besides the intensive studies, in the night of 28^th, all kinds of shows have been presented, including the group dance from Class Four as an opening, the magic show from Class Five, an adapted drama brought by the Class One, a song and a musical sitcom from Class Two. In the end, CAI Tingting, one of our students, gave her professional Peking opera to all the participants.

    DENG Jie, as the organizer for the show said that :“A perfect show ends with all the hard work from the students, how talent you are to create a miracle in one day from rehearsing to performing. And we all enjoy the study and the show here.”

    The four-day study does not only gave a wonderful courses to the students, but their friendship as well.
