In the afternoon of 23^rd, Nov. 2014, XU Wei, the the CEO of ZOSENDA Group gave a lecture in our Guangzhou campus to share his experiences when he started his business, more than a hundred MBA teachers and students attended the lecture.

    Learned from his own experiences, he told the students how to seize the opportunity, and the importance of having solid faith, as well as how to position your own business and yourself. XU mentioned that sometimes we will encounter difficulties and obstacles, sometimes we are puzzled about the future, but we should keep our own faith and keep going. The most important principle is to treat the employees as the boss, and go through difficulties with them together, as well as enjoy the triumph in happiness. He also said: “sometimes tough time may be the treasure, we must learn how to conclude when we have the hands-on experiences after we overcome the difficulties. One day, the difficulties and frustrations will be the foundation to achieve success. We should be passionate to cope with the obstacles, even though we often work very late in the night.” His intelligence makes the speech to its peak. And during the interaction part, the students are very curious about the business mode of the Group and Xu’s impressive stories when he started his business. Xu brought applauses to himself due to his professional and dedicate answers. At the meantime, Xu thought the current achievement of his Group results from the innovative and modern enterprise management. His Group achieved their goal and has taken the great social responsibilities. However, the path is under your feet, the opportunities are in your hands; the young should improve their own skills and carry out their own dreams with diligence.
