In the afternoon of Sept. 13th, the opening ceremony for Grade 2014 MBA students held at the Lecture Hall of WENQUAN building. Zhou Jingming, the deputy party secretary of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Hu Lijun, dean of MBA School, Wen Hao, vice dean of MBA School have attended the ceremony. The Ceremony was held by WEN.
Zhou extended the warmest welcome and sincere congratulations to the new students. Then he introduced the university in details, including its history, its degree education, its discipline construction, its scientific research, its community service, its talent training and so on. Referring to MBA School, he also said: “ in the past 20 years, MBA School ranked top in many fields with the joint effort from the university and the students, for example: Its MBA program and EMBA program have acquired the AMBA accreditation which made the School the first finance and economics universities in China that have been accredited by AMBA; the School built up first Hope Primary School named as EMBA Hope Primary School; the School set up the first “3S”full-time experimental class; the School set up the first Chinese foreign comparative research institutions and so on. We can say that the MBA School of ZUEL has become a new innovative engine for MBA education in China, and has made efforts and contributions on the development of MBA education in China.”
Professor Hu Lijun expressed his warm welcome to the new students, and introduced the MBA milestones, the theory and features of School management to the students. Hopefully, the students will know more about the MBA program, and grasp the opportunity to learn more about the practical theories, to improve their comprehensive ability and to make a life-time friend here.
Mr. Chen Long, CEO of Huabi Trade Co., ltd , also the representative of MBA alumni also gave his speech on his study tour in MBA School. As a representative of the new students, Mrs Lin Ying, the deputy secretary of the League Committee of Yiyang, Hunan province, emphasized that the students must treasure the opportunity and make their own contribution to the School.
