Forewords: Since its establishment in 2002, the EMBA program of MBA School has cultivated thousands of managerial talents and thus got the extensive approval from society. This is one of those serial articles which are tackling the EMBA program and its core functions.
While designing the featured courses for EMBA students, the School took into consideration not only the theoretical foundation, but also the practicality. It is also worth to mention that such humanistic courses as Studies of Chinese Ancient Civilization, Appreciation of Paintings and Calligraphy, Appreciation of Music, and Appreciation of Ancient Poems are included for the purpose of preparing a feast of courses.
As a result, a three-dimensional curricular, which contains specialized courses, practical courses and humanistic courses, has been designed.
Specialized courses like Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management are the basis. They are like the main dishes for the students.
Practical courses like social investigation and case study turn what the students have learned into practice, providing supplements to the specialized courses. They are like the sumptuous dishes.
The humanistic courses help the students further understand the essence of management, philosophy of life and the pleasure of living. They are like the condiments.
Through this three-dimensional curricular, we hope that the students can become all-round talents.
