On March 11, Mingzhu Dong, NPC member, chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Gree Group and alumna of ZUEL, was interviewed by the Voice of Economics.

    When talking about the relationship between government and enterprises, she said,“the relationship between government and enterprises shall be like the relationship between water and fish, it is not an adversarial relationship.”  
    She also said,“In my opinion, the greatest benefit that government subsidy has brought is that it has helped us to realize the importance of saving energy. However, it also brings a big problem-it has encouraged the misbehaviors of enterprises. The enterprises didnt put the subsidy into market; instead they put it in their own pockets.” 
        While mentioning Grees target, she said that in the future five years, Gree is going to realize a gross income of 200 billion.
