Our school MBA teacher， Ling Cai’s Wonderful Speech on CPPCC

On March 8th, Lin Cai, our MBA School teacher, member of CPPCC, director of the Research Department of the China National Democratic Construction Association , gave a speech named “How to prevent the eight provisions from being an empty word ” at the third Plenary Session of the 12 th CPPCC National Committee . Her speech caused 13 times of applauses, many leaders in the meeting agreed on her speech, including Zhengsheng Yu, Yandong Liu ,Qibao Liu. The applauses reflected the supports for her statement from the central leadership.

1. The tradition of living a simple life is sweeping the country . People see the coming of new party disciplines from the new central leadership,but some people concerned that the eight provisions are difficult to maintain in effectiveness, however the concern is reasonable.

The implementation of " eight provisions" must be supervised effective.A former county party secretary was sentenced to jail for corruption and bribery, he said: “there are eight ways of supervisions for a county party secretary,but in fact there is only one way of supervision for me, that is self- supervision, but it is often the most unreliable one.”
