On December 8th ,33 students of MBA School, ZUEL, gather together and attended the first general meeting of stockholders of Uway Investment & Management Co., Ltd.. All of these 33 stockholders are students of MBA School, ZUEL. They are from Guangdong Province and enrolled by ZUEL in 2010, 2011 and 2012. All of them are the bosses or senior executives of enterprises of different scale.

Uway Investment & Management Co., Ltd. is supported by the strong resource platform and brainpowers of ZUEL. It is dedicated to investment and management innovation, focused on the demands of customers, and aimed at realizing the increase of customers’ fortune and management through the establishment of professional operating team. Registered on December, 2012, Uway is the first enterprise established by the joint contribution of MBA students of ZUEL. Their original intentions were to integrate the classmates’ resources, such as information and capital, to carry out investment management and project management, and to realize the perfect combination of entrepreneurship and fellowship.

It is said that “classmate economy” has become a new business mode after “family businesses” and “hometown fellow enterprises”. “Classmate economy” is a new method of enterprise integration and one of the ways for the medium-sized and small-sized enterprises to deal with international competition.
