International Exchange Activities Blooming

Despite the scorching heat of summer in Wuhan, ZUEL MBA School constantly expedites its international exchange activities. From early May to summer vacation, the School has hosted Vice Deans of business schools or relevant university leaders of Nottingham Trent University from UK, California State University (Northridge) from USA, Manchester Metropolitan University from UK and Portsmouth University from UK respectively, and reached preliminary consensus on comprehensive collaboration which includes student study tours, student exchange programmes, faculty exchange, faculty academic research and so forth.
In addition, the School launched the annual “Programme of International Exchange with Foreign Business Schools” on August 15th. With the fund for Faculty’s Further Study in Foreign Countries, 13 faculty members of the School’s MBA Programme went to the School of Business and Economics within University of Jyvaskyla in Finland for 4-day visit, study and collaboration discussion. Dr. Manninen, Director of Executive Education (AVANCE) of the Jyvaskyla University School, accompanied the 13 ZUEL MBA faculty members, introduced the status quo of Finnish higher education and Jyvaskyla University, and presented the operation of Jyvaskyla University’s executive education. Besides, the faculty members attended a seminar delivered by Jyvaskyla University’s executive education faculty, and discussed with Jyvaskyla University on feasible fields and plans of the two parties’ collaboration, achieving the preset objectives of the visit.
