Hengxu Li and Yongping Zhou Gave Lectures on Zhongnan Forum

On December 10th, MBA School’s Zhongnan Forum was open. The topic was “Talent Management Strategy DIY”. Mr. Yongping Zhou (Director of human resources of Synergis Holdings Limited) and Mr. Hengxu Li (Director and General Manger of Shanghai Feng Cheng Property Management Ltd.) were invited as the guests. During the forum, the two guests exchanged ideas with MBA School’s teachers.
Firstly, Mr. Hengxu Li analyzed how to set up the next three-year development strategy for a company from the perspective of strategy management. Later on, Mr. Zhou talked how to be a good HR.
At last, Mr. Zhou was employed as student supervisors of ZUEL MBA School and the researcher of MBA Case Researching Centre.
