Many of the college students problems are being focused on the topic of employment. Zhong Zhexiao gave a real thought-provoking example to the students that three graduates from some school came to have the interview in his enterprise this year. The city they would return to was just the same place where Mr. Zhong would travel to for business. Considering one of the graduates was with disabled leg and it would take a long time to take the train, Mr. Zhong then asked his staff to book the tickets of the same flight for them.
During the flight, Zhong Zhexiao helped the disabled student pull the suitcase and put the same on the luggage shelf, while the two graduates going with them always acted unconcerned and blind to that. When arriving at the destination airport and saying goodbye to each other, the three students even did not say a word for expressing their gratitude. Taking this as an example, Zhong Zhexiao emotionally told the students that when studying and self-cultivating, you must show great concern on details and be kind to students, colleges and surrounding people, which may affect your whole life. No matter how the times will change, you should not lose the traditional virtuousness and righteousness; otherwise, many opportunities will be lost in your life.

Mr. Zhong highlighted: "You must have dreams, which belong to yourself. Do not mind others laughing at you. Do not give up your dream. It is a pity that some one just gives up their dreams which are about to be realized. You may fail to realize it this year, and then try it next year. It must be realized finally. Im sure about that." He also said: "When our company wants to put some one in an important position, we often firstly frustrate him repeatedly. In fact, we are training him purposely." He set his financial director, who is in the same sector with him, as an example. This financial director previously was a manager assistant of a branch company of the group, who has been working at the company for six years. She was very excellent. When the company increased salaries for staff, only her salary was not increased. And the financial director did not feel unfair. Instead, she texted me that my salary was not increased this time, but I will make more efforts in the future." Zhong Zhexiao added: "If she was too angry to work for me and resigned at that time, I would not persuade her to stay no matter how excellent she is and she will not have the million yuan annual salary now."
