During 7th to 8th November, research assistant LIU Xin, TONG Yue and MIU Sha is send to participate to 2015 Forum on Case-based and Qualitative Research in Business Administration in China held at School of Management of Sun Yetsen University, co-hosted with Management World, Business School of Renmin University of China. The topic of this forum is Enterprise Management Theory Construction under New Economic Normal in China, famous scholars from Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Nankai University, Fudan University, Shanghai University, Zhejiang University, Central University of Finance and Economics and Yale University have attended the forum.

    In the afternoon of 7th November, guest speakers including Professor LI Yijun from the Committee of Natural Science Foundation of China, professor LI Shanmin from Sun Yetsen University, and vice director of editorial departments from Management World give opening speeches. After that, professor Carol Hsu from Taiwan University, FANG Jianhua, CEO of HUIMEI Group, Professor LI Ping from Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University and professor MAO Jiye from Renmin University of China is invited to give keynote speeches.

  
    The forum has different sessions on strategic management, innovation and entrepreneurship, information technology and e-commerce, organization and human resource, public management and marketing management, financial and accounting and so on. Different scholars from varied universities have shown the attendees their research achievements and discussed with them. Cases discussions at the session of case teaching impressed the attendees with excellent cases from different industries and fields and are quite meaningful for the future teaching. The critiques from the guests are very welcomed and impressed as well.

    In the afternoon of 8th November, Professor MAO Jiye announced the winner for the best case teaching, peer reviewers. There are total 7 best academic conference proceedings, 3 best case teaching models and 3 best peer reviewers. After that, professor WEI Tian from Fudan University gives his opinions on case research and theory construction on case research, many attendees are enlightened by his lecture.
