Four discussion directors,  Alain Mainguy、Olivier Johanet、Thierry Charbonneau、Franck Thery from Fondation des CPA in France came to give training courses in MBA School from 12^th Dec. to 14^th Dec.. More than 20 entrepreneurs across China came to MBA School to experience the training session, along with WEN Hao, vice dean of MBA School and some faculties too. The directors brought their training concept to the students and shared their management experiences with the students. They hope to share management wisdom with the new business elites and one day the students may become the discussion directors themselves.

    On their first day, the participants introduced their own fields, and the directors showed the students their training mode and their role. For the next two days, both the directors and participants discussed two cases, Nespresso and Ryan Air, together. Analyzing the different roles during training, and their unique teaching method. After discussion, all participants will go on the stage and gave his own opinions like he is the director.
