The Fourth International Forum on New Development of Valuation eas successfully held in Beijing, co-hosted by Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB), American Society of Appraisers (ASA), Center for Corporate Value Research of MBA School, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL) and Center for Value Researches of Xiamen University and the IACVA. The theme of this conference is “new researches of value appraisal on mergers and acquisitions ”.

    Professor WANG Haisu, the president of the Academic Committee and also the director of the Center for Corporate Value Research of MBA School,ZUEL gave keynote speech on the forum. He elaborated the roles that the intangible assets plays in founders’ assets, the changes of the value and the pricing mode. His deeply analysis stirred the forum.
