A training program for MBA Mentors from enterprises is going to be jointly held by the “leaders by leaders” training center of CPA Fund and MBA School of ZUEL. Through the training program, 15 executives who are willing to be the mentors of MBA students from business schools will be found. Those executives shall come from Chinese government or enterprises.

    The requirements for the applicants are as follows:

1.      Younger than 55 years old.

2.      With more than eight years’ experience as a junior or senior manager in government or enterprises.

3.      Be willing to share your management experience and wisdom with a teaching method that can improve both teaching and learning.

    Expense of the training program: The training fees and expenses for food and living will be borne by MBA School of ZUEL and CPA Fund.

    Contents of the training program: this program aims at delivering the management experience and knowledge about how to be a mentor from enterprise through the analysis of cases and sharing of experience. It will help the trainees better understand how to share management experience in the class with the new-era business elites and how to be an excellent enterprise mentor of Business School.

    Duration of the training program: December 12 to December 14, 2014 (Friday to Sunday)

    CPA Fund was established in November, 2012 with the donation from alumni of a French Business School’s CPA Program. It was established to run the “Leaders by Leaders” Training Center which is designed for executives. Toulouse Business School was established in 1903. And it is one of the most famous business schools in France. It is also among the very few business schools in the world that has been accredited by AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB.

    In March, 1929, the first Training Center for Business Management was established by the Chamber of Commerce of Paris. Born in that economic crisis, CPA was used to cultivate the new generation of business leaders. And it created a unique but effective teaching method – experience sharing. This method focuses on the training of thinking and decision making and makes entrepreneurs cultivate entrepreneurs. With the development of CPA, its core values are formed: commitment, shareing and accomplishment.

    In 2003, CPA started its globalization in cities like Barcelona, Warsaw, Brussels, Casablanca, Beijing and Shanghai. And it also set up teaching centers in such cities as Casablanca. In 2012, alumni of CPA established the CPA Fund, aiming at spreading the unique CPA teaching system both in French and in the globe. Through the training program, senior entrepreneurs will be invited to deliver lessons and share their experience to cultivate new business leaders who are adapted to the development of globalized economy. CPA Fund gathers 12, 000 CPA executives who are dedicated to promoting CPA. The Chairman of the Fund is a CPA alumnus, Mr. Alain Juillet, who was responsible for the management of international economy information in French government. He duty is to promote CPA’s unique teaching method. CPA plans to set up CPA centers in France, South Europe, Central Europe, North America, South America, Africa and Asia before 2016. The CPA entrepreneurs with the same values turn out to be a powerful faculty.

    Now, CPA has come to China. It has established close partnership with several top universities and enterprises. Up to date, more than 600 students have joined symposiums and summits held by CPA in cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Xi’an, Wuhan, Chongqing and Ha’erbin.
