In the afternoon of 20^th October, 2014, Mrs. Nadine Puyoo-Castaings the vice president of theFoundation des CPA and Alain Mainguy, the general manager of the Foundation des CPA came to visit MBA School. TANG Guoping, dean of MBA School and WEN Hao, vice dean of MBA School met with them and they have had a nice talk about the cooperation between both sides. The two sides have reviewed the last two successful cooperation, and conducted a deep discussion on terms of setting up training center, faculty training and joint programmes. After the discussion, the two sides have signed the Memorandum of Intention (MOI). According to the MOI, the MBA School and the Foundation des CPA will cooperate on setting up the first “Leaders by Leaders” training center in Asia in 2015, and will launch the faculty training programme in December 2014.
The Foundation des CPA was created in November 2012 by CPA Alumni to implement and run "Leaders by Leaders training centers". CPA training program allows leaders to improve their ability, skills and leadership to become efficient and responsible CEO by achieving strategic vision, leadership, self-confidence, decision making and change driving. "Leaders by Leaders" method is based on "learning by doing", using real company case studies, company strategic audit, international economic mission, and professional thesis. All these pedagogical processes are steered by executive leaders who have been trained by la Foundation des CPA itself, to drive decision making process into leaders participants teams. TheFoundation des CPA aims at making international partnerships to implement this efficient and operational way of managing companies whether at local and international level. As a supplement to academic skills, the professional experience of pedagogical steering leaders pass amazing value on to executive participants.
