On March 26, 2014, the 2014 Evaluation Report of Chinese Universities was finished by cuaa.net.

    According to the Report, four financial & economic universities are among the top 100.They are Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics,  Central University of Finance and Economics and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. And among these four universities, ZUEL has got the highest ranking, which means ZUEL tops the list of financial and economic universities. In addition, ZUEL and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics have became the only two financial and economic universities which have been named as five-star universities.
