Recently, the 40th session of the 13th Municipal CPC Standing Committee has decided to establish an expert base for the municipal Standing Committee. There are altogether 38 experts in the expert base. Nine of them are from ZUEL. This number is the highest among all the colleges in Wuhan.

    Professor Handong Wu, Professor Xiaojun Chen and Professor Jiangnag Qi were in the expert group for legislation; Professor Jianghong Li was in the expert group of supervision and judiciary; Professor Haisu Wang was in the expert group of finance and economics; Professor Canming  Yang, Professor Qing Ye, Professor Jinxiu Wang and Professor Man Zhao were in the expert group of budgeting.
