On November 9th, DING Liang, the assistant professor of North Carolina State University and also our visiting scholar came to our School and gave a lecture about “the American Economy: the Turbulent Decade”. Integrated with the current development of American economy, DING reviewed the past ten years of the American economy from the perspective of politics and economics. He took an example of the financial crisis, by explaining and analyzing the cause of the crisis, he expressed his expectation of the future of the American economy. During the lecture, Ding conducted a good and active interaction with the MBA students.
Doctor DING Liang graduated from Kent State University, majoring in Finance. He has worked in US for ten years. He concerns and compares the difference in finance and economy in both China and US. Once he worked as a special commentator for Southern Metropolis Weekly on political and economical trends in America.
