在中国由计划经济向市场经济转轨的过程中，越来越多的企业急需具备较强专业素质的中、高级管理人才，为了满足这种需要，MBA教育在中国应运而生。作为一种满足市场需求的新生事物，MBA教育在中国发展的如火如荼。如何借鉴国外MBA教育的成功经验，探索适合中国国情的MBA教育模式也成为众多有识人士共同关注的问题。
纵观国内外知名商学院针对MBA学员所从事的教学活动，案例教学在其中占有独特的地位。因此，借鉴国外一些知名学府在MBA案例教学方面的先进做法，探讨在MBA教学中如何结合中国实际情况合理组织案例教学，对于不断提高中国的MBA教学水平，具有一定的现实意义。
西安大略大学毅伟商学院是加拿大著名的商学院，在该商学院的MBA教学活动中，最具特色的当属作为MBA教育精髓的案例教学部分。因此本课题组选择以毅伟商学院为研究对象，重点研究毅伟商学院MBA案例教学的成功模式与其经验借鉴，以期发掘出一些对进一步提高中国MBA专业学位研究生教育水平有借鉴价值的启示。
本报告分为三个部分：
第一个部分从MBA教育发展历史以及主要的教育模式等几个方面大致介绍了西方发达国家MBA教育的概况。
第二个部分介绍了毅伟商学院MBA教育的情况，主要包括该商学院的起源、发展及现状，招生情况，培养模式，教育特点以及就业情况等。
第三个部分分析了毅伟商学院在MBA教育方面的成功经验及其对中国MBA教育的启示，主要包括采取一体化案例教学方法、实施客户咨询项目、立足国际化的培养视角、提供贴身的就业指导服务以及营造独特的授课环境等五个方面。

Abstract
As more and more enterprises are in need of management persons with ability when China is in the transition from plan economy to market economy, MBA education appears. MBA education develops rapidly as it meet the demand from enterprises. So how to use the successful experiences of foreign MBA education for reference and explore education patterns that are adaptable to China’s situation are hot issues attract many scholars’ attention.
As case study plays a special role in MBA education system of famous business school abroad, so it has great significant to study the advances teaching method of case study in these schools thus to improve education quality of China’s MBA.
The Richard Ivey School of Business is a famous school in Canada, and case study is one of the features of the MBA education. So this report will focus on the successful patterns and experiences of Ivey’s MBA education, so to get valuable enlightenments for the improvement of MBA education in China.
The reports are divided into three parts；
The first part introduces history and main patterns of MBA education in Western developed countries.
The second part introduces MBA education in the Richard Ivey School of Business, these include history, students recruitment, cultivation pattern, education traits and employment.
