ABSTRACT

      The case describes the communication conflicts between the professional manager hired by the family business with the name of Fujian Jian’an Paper Company Ltd. and the family management. Around the main line of the professional manager named Liyuan whose aim is to standardize the business administration, the case records specifically his troubles of procurement management, human resource management and finance management during half of the year that he works in the family business. Moreover, the case emphasizes the importance of the principles and skills of management communication through concentrating on the interview to be held between Liyuan and Liuwen, the director of the family business.
