ABSTRACT
This case which describes the development background and achievements of China Railway Modern Logistics Technology Co., Ltd.,(CRMLT) introduces the idea of business development, strategic positioning and strategic objectives. CRMLT carry out Network Strategy, in particular create a business development platform by basic operation of the physical network and information network construction and use Key Account strategy to expand the core business with using optimization business models, logistics innovation and profit model R & D to achieve business development. CRMLT is now in the forefront of Chinas logistics industry with a series of strategies, but there are still many difficulties. Especially, the listing frustration makes them feel the "ceiling" in human resource, capital and the system. How to break it?
