Abstract
Founded in November 1999, Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital ("Wuhan Asia Heart")is the first private heart hospital in China. After a decade of development, Wuhan Asia Heart has not only become one of the top three heart institutions, but also become the largest single heart hospital. In the next decade, how and where to go for Wuhan asian heart has been becoming a top prior problem before Mr. Xie Junming, the chairman of Asian Heart Hospital. The case will describe and summarize the Asian Heart Hospitals new innovation practices in hospital management model, and the new challenges Asian Heart Hospital facing. Based on the changes in strategic environment and prospects in the industry, Wuhan Asia Heart needs to re-examine the development strategies and plans in the next step.
