瑞典经济社会的高度发达与瑞典高度重视教育的政策紧密相关,瑞典的高等教育在世界上享有独特的地位。作为瑞典综合性大学中排名第一的隆德大学,它的EMBA教育在欧洲享有良好的声誉。
  研究瑞典隆德大学的EMBA教育体系和现状,有利于发现其在EMBA教育中的成功经验和失败教训,为中国的EMBA教育提供有益的借鉴和思路。然而,目前还没有关于瑞典EMBA教育的中文研究文献,对于隆德大学这样历史悠久的综合大学的EMBA教育进行专门研究的文献也很少。本研究将结合笔者在瑞典隆德大学访问期间的所见所闻,研究隆德大学的EMBA教育体系和课程设置等问题。
  本文分五个部分:第一部分简要介绍了瑞典设立了MBA课程的八所学校/学院以及开设了EMBA课程的五所学校/学院的情况;第二部分分析了瑞典隆德大学EMBA的教育体系,包括隆德大学EMBA课程的核心理念、隆德大学EMBA项目交流与互动的依托单位和隆德大学EMBA项目的具体要求;第三部分分析了隆德大学EMBA教育的课程设置,包括课程设置原则、课程设置体系以及具体的课程设置情况;第四部分研究了隆德大学EMBA教育方法——PBL教学方法,具体介绍了PBL的定义、PBL与传统的教学方法的区别、采用PBL教学方法的意义、PBL的学习环境、PBL的实施方法等;第五部分探讨了瑞典EMBA教育对中国的启示。

Abstract

  Well developed Sweden economy and society benefit in its policy of attaching importance to higher education. Swedish higher education plays a very important role in the world. Lund University is the No.1 university in Sweden. The EMBA education in Lund University has a good reputation in Europe.
  It’s necessary to research on Lund University’s EMBA education system and characteristics, so as to find its successful experiences and help China’s EMBA education. Up to now, we can find no Chinese research papers or reports on this topic. At the same time, we can only find a few English or Swedish research works on this topic, and almost none focus on special countries and universities, such as Lund University. The writer has worked in Lund University for one year as the guest researcher. He has focused on the EMBA education in Lund University. The report will study the EMBA education system in Lund University, including the course arrangement and so on.
  The report includes five sections: Section One brief introduces the MBA education and the EMBA education in Sweden. Section Two brief introduces the EMBA education system of Lund University, including core concept of course design, program exchange condition and detail requirement of enrollment. Section Three introduces the course arrangement system of the EMBA education of Lund University, including its principle, method and so on. Section Four introduces the main teaching method in the EMBA education of Lund University, the Problem-based Learning method. Including its definition, the differences between PBL and traditional method, the reason why should we use this method, the learning environment of PBL and how to use PBL. Section F analyzes what we can learn from the EMBA education of Lund University.
